Vehicles parked in front of vacuums making it difficult to use. No garbage available. Debris in car wash. Will not be returning

Absolute trash of a wash. Washed my wife's car that just had the normal clouds of dirt on it from being rained on and where we live with it being dusty as windy as it was. Paid $14 for the Ultimate Wash (or whatever bullshit they call it) and as I'm pulling through the drying area, from the driver's seat, I can still see the cloudy dirt formations on the hood. Stopped outside the wash bay and took pictures after wiping with my hand. You can see the swipes of dirt. If the car had been used down a severely dusty/dirty/muddy area and it was dried on and such I could maybe understand it'd take a few washes...but this was horrible. No FB/website found so I'll have to do more digging to likely not get a refund. I will, however, tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Even after seeing the reviews I still wanted to give this place a chance and boy was that a mistake. The middle self-wash bay doesn't accept any bills, and the card reader is not working. Went out to get some change, but I had one change machine that didn't work, and another took my money without giving me any quarters. Was gonna try the other self-wash bay and there are chunks of mud everywhere. Then decided I was going to try the automatic bay but remembered the multiple reviews about the damaged wheels so I opted out of that. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Only one stall takes card. Other stalls only accept dollars and quarters. As of March 2026, the only stall that takes card is down and has been down for a couple months. I like this place because you do it yourself. But everything else about this place, is just "eh." Could be better. Needs a lot of work to be good.

Zero stars. Went here super quick to rinse the salt off my car and best part- no line. I should have read the reviews before doing so. The rail in this car wash scratched my rims on my brand new car. Per the owner, Tammy, I didn't drive in straight and that I am at fault. I do understand, but I think it is coincidental- that so many other people have had the same thing happen to them? Looks like we all need a refresher on driving. The reason there is never a line is because the car wash is not up to date. Avoid this place and save yourself hundreds of dollars worth of damages - :(
